The task:
The company asked for restoring access to their website created on Tilda website builder.
The website was already made and functioned and the client was totally satisfied with it. However, it turned out that the webmaster hadn’t granted access to the website so it was even impossible to pay for the account.
The solution:
We contacted support but didn’t manage to restore access as another email was attached to the account. Moreover, the first payment for the service was made by the webmaster’s credit card.
THE ONE WHO MAKES THE FIRST PAYMENT IS AUTOMATICALLY CONSIDERED AS A WEBSITE OWNER ON TILDA!
The deadline for making a new website was “yesterday”))) so we had an urgent meeting with the client via Zoom, prepared the documents and started developing a website from scratch. Unfortunately, there wasn’t enough information from the previous website’s archive storage.
The result:
The company has got a new website with granted access within a very short time. The company’s data is attached to the account, the payment for the service is also made by the client’s bank card.
We also provided instructions on editing the website as well as adding news and photos to the website sections.We’ll add the link to the website in our Insta* Story.
